No. PLOT runs from the Internet. You only have to be connected to the Internet to use PLOT. Make sure you have the most current Internet browser though - for example IE ver 5.5 or ver 6.

What is the best display to set my monitor?

PLOT has been developed to be viewed on 800x600 size. Smaller displays (eg 640x480) may cause scrolling. Larger sizes (eg 1024) will leave a white space on right of screen.
